osCommerce　コミュの英語表示にすると・・・

osCommerceを導入し海外向けにサイトを製作中なのですが
言語の表示を英語にすると

That can be edited manually, or via the Administration Tool with the Languages->[language]->Define option, or by using the Tools->File Manager feature.

と出ています。web等で調べているのですが
adminファイルのlanguages fileをいじれば良さそうなのですが
いまいちどのファイルをどのようにいじれば良いのか良く
解らず少しこまっています　この文字が出ない様には
どのように設定すればいいのか　教えていただきたいのですが
ご存知の方よろしくおねがいします
