acts as soke's translator. He also does pottery, calligraphy and
the way he makes a living is as a street performer in the Yokohama
area.
We have this idea in the martial art I learn that you move only as
much as you need to. In English the idea comes across as "paper
thin".
I asked him to write it for me and this is what he wrote. With the
first character he has substituted 紙 for 神, but I can't read the
second character. Is anyone able to explain it to me?
