トロント大学コミュのJIEC General Information

Sorry for the very short notice, but I finally succeeded in booking a room for our VERY FIRST GENERAL MEETING OF THE YEAR!! This is a great opportunity for you to meet and discuss with the execs what we can do together this year with JIEC. Particularly, we will be focusing our discussion on JIEC FESTIVAL, which we plan to hold next year in January. So here are the details:

Time: 4PM to 6PM
Location: The South Sitting Room, Hart House
Topic: Input on planning for this year's events/meetings, particularly the JIEC Festival.

This meeting will be particularly important for those of you who expressed your interest in planning process of the events. We are currently thinking of forming JIEC Festival Committee, a group of people (including execs) who will mainly be in charge of planning and organization of the Festival.

We would like to see/hear from as many of you as we can so please don't be shy and come out to chat with us!!! =)
