General Manager of Accessories Business • Develops sales strategies and plans consistent with the goals of the Country. Efficiently manages the total budget in order to maximize Accessories business plan. • Develop Accessories sales through close collaboration with sales teams as well as store sales staff. Manages sales, accounts / customer relations, marketing & promotional activities and all retail resources in support of seasonal sales. • Develops processes to seek out and take advantage of customer and market opportunities to grow both the market and sales for the wholesale business across the brands in Japan. • Builds effective relationships within the Company at a global and local level to secure resources necessary to meet global and local marketing and sales needs. • Leads, grows, and develops a strong country sales team of specific functional “experts” with strong Accessories brand instincts.
