Conversation 1
A:Why are you so late?
B: I am not so late.
A: You are late. I have been waiting here for (30 minutes).
(When the "も"in the Japanese sentence is translated into spoken English, emphasis should be placed on the "30 MINUTES" - 日本語の文書の「も」を英語の口語に通訳すると、「30 MINUTES」を主張するべきです。
B: I did not purposly try to be late.
A: You are late because you were drinking beer with your friends and you didn't want to leave. Isn't that right.

B: That is not necessarily my reason for being late.
B: But you are very close.
A: If you are late again you will owe me 5 bucks.
