Today my colleagues and I chatted a bit about a present for other colleague who became a regular employee of the institute from a temporal researcher in this April. He has worked in the institute before I came there. To apply the regular employee post, he took a doctorate last term.
We dwelled on what is the best present for him. Because he is not a fresh man, a fountain pen, a business card holder or a tie did not sound good. He is crazy about Gundam, a famous older animation, but our boss may not agree with Gundam goods for a present. It was not decided.
