先週も一度掲載したのですが、部屋の写真を撮影したので少し情報を更新します。

ダブルルーム（ハウスシェア） 月£500（ビル別）
家具付／インターネット接続可／庭付
11月8日〜1月下旬まで、入居して下さる方を募集しています。こちらは２０代後半の日本人２人です。
建物自体はカウンシルフラットではなく、テラスハウス型で、庭付の３階建てです。台所、各部屋とも改装仕立てで綺麗です。２、３階に部屋があり、１階にキッチン、居間があります。 ４部屋ともダブルルームではありますが、そのうち一部屋をワークスペースとして使用する予定です。
そのワークスペース以外に、居間とダイニングキッチン、そしてトイレが２つ、シャワーとバスタブもそれぞれ別にあるので、３人で暮らすには十分広いスペースがあるテラスハウスです。
イーストロンドンで、このクリスマス、年末を過ごしてみたい方必見ですよー。

My friend and I are moving into a pretty little house in Shoreditch, and we need a third person to share the house with us. The house is a four bedroom house, three floors, two bedrooms on each floor, kitchen,shower, and conservatory on the ground floor. There's another bathroom on the third floor. We are looking to leave one of the rooms empty and use it as a work area/lounge - there's plenty of space for lounging on the ground floor though. Have I mentioned that it's refurbished
throughout? There's a brand new kitchen, gas stove, hardwood floors, and interesting tiling on the ground floor. AND we have a little garden. Yes we are both very excited about this.
Oh, and all the rooms are double rooms, furnished or unfurnished.
The rent is 500/month. We are two art students 29-27, We like graphic arts, literature, music, cooking and eating, and
having a nice chat over a drink or two. We'd like someone that's
relaxed, likes to share, likes to look for fun, but also interested in making a comfortable home for the winter months.
The room will be available from Nov 10.
