☆ENGLISH ONLY☆コミュのNo Debit Cards in Japan???????

Right, so I went to 三菱UFJ Bank the other day and asked to make me a Debit Card.... but apparently they don't have those in Japan?

They told me they had this J-Debit thingy that kind of works like a Debit Card... but only in Japan....
And that's not good for me!!!

I want to buy stuff of Amazon.com and Ebay.....but I can't because I don't have a Visa or Mastercard :'(

The bank won't give me a credit card because I'm currently a student with a part-time job with no annual salary :'(

If anyone knows how to get a debit card that works outside of Japan or a way to buy stuff off Amazon.com without a Credit Card or Debit Card then feel free to share! :D

Rakuten has a debit card.

There is not debit Visa card here. All Visa or Master cards are credit cards as far as I know.
I am a graduate student here too. However, I have a Japanese Visa credit card. Even when I applied the card, I did not have any income.
I suggest to search "ANA Student card" in google.
