Ok.. I guess that plane crash that killed 90 some odd very important diplomats, leaders, etc..
in Poland could have actually been an accident but it just seemed to convenient. The news was already quoting the positive effects this tragedy would have on the region the very next day!
Literally almost wiping the slate clean making way for a new generation of diplomats. They said " This was a terrible accident BUT....... " You mean to tell me that no Conspiracy theories are going to be started over this ? You mean no one world wides thinks this was a little too much to be an accident ?

Wasn't the plane crash actually in the Soviet Union.
I think there isn't really much room for a conspiracy
in these events.
Scenario 1:
The Pilot was crazy enough to kill himself to bring
down the plane.
Doesn't really work because he would need to do so
without drawing attention to his actions by the copilot
or first officer. 3 very experienced pilots at the controls,
surely one would have noticed if something was out of
the ordinary.
Scenario 2:
All three were crazy enough to kill themselves to bring
down the plane.
Doesn't really work because it requires planning and
coordination. Those guys are constantly monitored
and any unusual behaviour would quickly raise some
flags.
Scenario 3:
The plane was sabotaged.
Doesn't work because the pilots didn't report any
problems. There were no explosions prior to crash.
It would take even more people to coordinate
sabotaging an airplane which is carefully inspected
regularly. Contrary to popular opinion you can't
bring a plane down by cutting a single wire, you
need to do some serious mischief.
Scenario 4:
Surface to air, or air to air missile.
Would have been picked up by numerous agencies,
impossible to keep quiet.

I think all that really works is a tragic accident caused
by pilot error. The conditions were bad, the atc made
numerous recorded warnings to divert. I imagine the
pilot was pressured by the president to get him down
so he could attend the ceremony and he didn't feel he could
refuse the president. He was an experienced pilot so he
backed himself and came up short.
The margin for error in landing a plane under those conditions is very small. If the Pilot was really determined to crash the plane I don`t think anyone could have stopped him in time. And with a conspiracy of this magnitude it would not be unthinkable that both pilots were involved. I am just saying that we can`t rule out the possibility that this could have been planed. Of course they would want it to appear to be an accident. The only people that could prove this one way or the other died in the crash with everyone else. Now all we have is the results. Nothing would surprise me anymore.
Of course you can't rule out a deliberate action, I'm just saying
that given the circumstances an accident is the most likely
cause.
The weather conditions were very bad. A person with evil intent
can't plan for that.
The pilot was a military pilot who had been evaluated as suitable
to fly the president. They don't just walk into a pilot's briefing
room and ask if anyone wants to fly the president. The carefully
select the best pilots and then they go to town on them with
evaluations, psychological assessments, more evaluations,
extensive family history, more psychological assessments, medical
examinations.....and it goes on.
I know a guy who flies blackhawks for the Australian Navy. The
hell they put him through, you wouldn't believe. You could multiply
that hell by 100 for anyone who goes anywhere near an aircraft
that the Prime Minister will get on.
Well, that polish freak was nothing but a nuisance for European policy to be blunt. Not too many people are going to miss him.
There seems to be no loss for a motive. But bad weather can not be arranged, this is true. But that doesn`t mean the pilot was not going to ditch the aircraft on purpose at the y last possible moment had there been no bad weather. He clipped the trees while attempting to land. That could happen at anytime on any day. The main reason for believing it was really an accident is that no on came forward to claim responsibility. I am sure if it was a terrorist act who ever did it would be beaming with pride at how well it turned out for them. There is no way they could keep quite like this. Human error just seems so out of the question when you consider how well trained the pilot must have been.

I would suggest that the vast majority of crashes could be
described as human error or mechanical failure. Given the
weather was by all reports atrocious I don't see how the
pilot's skill could have saved them....unless he listened to
att and diverted.

This clip is of an Australian Army Blackhawk, which was
carrying Special Air Service operators. The pilots used
by the SAS are the best there is, but despite their skills
there are still crashes. Note, in this particular case it was
daylight and clear. Admittedly they were landing on a
moving platform and coming in hard and fast but these
guys train to do that every day. The point is, landing an
aircraft is dangerous even on a clear day....the Polish
Tupolov was in very bad weather. The pilot should
not have attempted to land, but he did, and sadly a lot of
people who might be alive today aren't.

"Literally almost wiping the slate clean making way for a new generation of diplomats. "

Thats not true in the slightest. The cabinet is untouched and of the 450 polish parliamentarians some 14 died. well, also the chief of staff, the chiefs of the army, airforce and the CiC, but poland is not a military dictatorship. This is a tragedy, but not by any means a "wipe". its somewhat heavy for the "Law and Order" party but thats about it. All polish diplomats in the various countries around the world (wherever they have embassies) where not in that plane either.
If it was not done on purpose than it was the dumbest thing that anyone did in 2010.
