Yeah, looking forward to this ! Should be an interesting game, I think the teams are evenly matched..
Now need to search out a decent place to watch it in Nagano city.
Sports bars seem to have dropped in popularity. Foreign pubs are the best bet.
I think Japan are a better team, but Australia are a much more
physical team. It could go either way, but I hope Japan wins.
I think a defeat will help Australia in the world cup and a victory
will help Japan.
Thought Japan played the better game, but they'll continue to lose with such a non-threatening attack. They probably need to curve up the defensive line before slotting in a goal... but none of the players seem to have the know how, or the balls to do it.
Australia won it thanks to Schwarzer, Neil and Cahill. Schwarzer for his safe hands, Neil for some stability to an unfamiliar back four, and Cahill doing what he does best.
I attended last night, was sitting in the japanese supporters area.
Was an awesome night, really enjoyed it =D
I agree with the previous comments too, it looks like Japan needs to be a bit more offensive/pushy, I don't believe they took enough risks, but anyway, was an excellent game =)

Either that or they could use the Italian option which is
get close to the box and fall over.
