☆ENGLISH ONLY☆コミュのQuestion for the musicians amongst the community.

Being both a musician (guitarist and drummer, mainly) and a fan of japanese music, it's only natural that I like to play along some of my favorite tunes.

Problem is I don't have an especially good hear, and rather rely on tablatures/sheet music/whatever to play. And for japanese songs, I only know two websites :

http://xxxsound.jp/
http://music.j-total.net/

And those only offer chords, albeit for a good range of mainstream bands. Do you know other places where I could find some good japanese tabs/sheet music ? Especially not-too-mainstream stuff, like Spangle call Lilli line (that would be awesome), toe, envy, or generally any indie band ?

Sorry, I don't know any sites like that...but...I can say one thing.
The more you listen to music and try to practice what you hear, the better you will be at having an ear for ANYTHING you listen to/want to learn. (It also makes it easier to write music)
I've been doing that with my guitar for 9 years now...never took lessons, it's a waist of money.
Anyways, good luck!
Thanks for you advice !

I'll do my best to train my ear, but it's juste that sometimes the music is very very complex, and I really can't even tell which guitar is playing what. That happens a lot with envy, for example. The sound of the two guitars and the synths really blend together, and picking out each instrument is too hard ^^ But as I said, I'll do my best !

But I agree with you about the lessons : they're mostly useless, except if you want to learn a very specific technique, maybe...
