hey everyone,
i'm going back to kobe next month, and i'm pretty excited... as i havnt been back home probably more than 5 years, i'm going to be doing a lot of road trips and so with a buddy so i just wanted to ask a few questions regarding driving in japan.

i just wanted to know the radar/speed camera systems in japan, do they use hand-held radars? speed-cameras? or other methods? where are they usually located?
most of all, im really curious on the mountain roads, are there any cameras? i'm going to be doing a few spirited runs in the mountains so it'll be nice to know anything before hand.

also, i was wondering if anyone knew if kobe has any rental stores for the honda type-R's ? ive seen some stores renting s2k's, FD2 type-R's in hokkaido, but if anyone knew in kobe, please let me know!

Roads suck here... and they will catch you if you are speeding, on the phone, without a seat belt, or drinking. Even the people in the car with you get fined! Have fun.

well those are pretty obvious, its the same anywhere in canada or hongkong. (its where i live)
just a matter of whether being smart or not.
