Hi, i m a Chef working in Australia right now but i m not australian, i m French.

Im looking to work in Japan as a Chef but i don t really know where to check.

Does anyone know any restaurant, no need to be french, who will help to get sponsorship???

Do you know the free magazine "metropolis"? ( http://metropolis.co.jp/ )
There are some job informations. I don't know if there are chef jobs.
Or how about asking directly to restaurants in Japan?
You may be able to start as a garccone...

Have you trained at Le Cordon Bleu or some other famous school? That would go to assisting you in getting a job and a visa, otherwise you are just a cook and to be honest, it will be very difficult for you to get a visa. Good luck!!!

Never been to Cordon Bleu.

But i don t think you need to go in such place to find Job in Japan as a Chef!!!

Are you working at Hobgoblin or other location as a cook?

What training do you have in cooking?

For example, have you studied cooking at a school?

Im a qualified Chef, reained in France. Already 10 years im doing this job. Enough years to get japanese VISA.

HobGoblim don t reply back to me. I think they find someone else whose already in Japan.
