In the 1st clip an anti- reporter tries to get an interview from a
young black man that he ASSUMES is ignorant. He assumes that he is
only supporting Obama because he is a BLACK man and has no idea of what
the issues really are. Boy was he wrong!

In the 2nd clip the young man explains in depth his response to the
reporter.

Yeah... that was a very good speech. America is insane if they don`t elect this guy as the next President.
I want to vote for him (Darrick)!!!
aaaahhh to be young and full of hope..haha ( sorry Dr. House)
>Out of the 3, he seems the best choice, as far as looks, he's the most polished and is alot nicer then Hillary Ice-Queen Clinton.

This is truth.

Did you see the debate on MSNBC on Tuesday night? She tried to put him in the hot seat by telling him that "denouncing Minister Farrakhan isn't enough," and that he was being dodgy with the statement.

Well, now she's in a similar situation.

Karma has its ways of working.

"28? Still running errands eh? Maybe she got a nice new Barbie doll..."

More like a nice new Mercedes :) She knows which side her bread is buttered on. Family business. If mommys is president and daddy is first man her status gets a serious face lift as well.

Obama has them worried and they are all going into panic mode and hanging themselves. Good.
I understand that people want to see their parents be president, but damn, your 28th B-Day.

No way in hell would I do it.
I don't like any of the candidates, actually. I'd rather vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger! If only there wasn't that stupid "gotta be born in the US" nonsense. Psh.
Those people who oppose socialized medicine need to put their shoes in those people's feet who cannot get insurance...like college students who's parents don't support them, and then go to a country like Japan, where they HAVE socialized medicine.
I totally agree. Brilliant and outstanding interview.

'Derrick for President!!'パンチ
The moral of this interview...?

'Don't judge the book by its color.'
#17 We are not forced to participate in the National Health system in Japan but if we don`t ( and get seriously ill) you will pay out the nose. It would be nice if the system covered all dental work as well. Japanese medical care is so expensive that long term residents really don`t have much choice. Medical school and medicines cost too much in general and Doctors charge too much.

Go Obama :)
TokyoOG,

Are you talking about USA??? Or because you choose to live in Tokyo, the most expensive city to live in the world possibly??

Our National Insurance in Japan is amazing! I paid 500 yen to get a wisdom tooth pulled (AND they gave me pain killers). My National Insurance covered the dental work.
I also pay 500 yen for each Dr. visit (besides initial with was 4000 yen).
In USA, I couldn't even GET insurance because I was a student and worked part-time.
I agree. In fact, I plan to vote for Obama. However, I'm not sure that most americans would follow suit. Sadly, people fear change. We'll probably get stuck with an old white republican, as has become the "norm". >.<
Unfortunately, a lot of people are looking at Hillary.

Watch America fuck themselves up. Just watch.

I'm pissed off enough as it is. People really will never learn that Hillary isn't too apologetic about getting us into Iraq because she agreed with Bush on Iran. むかっ(怒り)
"Derrick makes me want to go read a newspaper or encyclopedia or something." quote of the you tube site.

I also want to go and read an encyclopedia now !
I'll start out by saying, I'm a Ron Paul fan. Pro-freedom, Anti-war - it's that simple.

Anyway, the thing with Obama is he is articulate and handsome. I don't agree with his policies per se, but when I listen to him speak, I don't bite my nails hoping he doesn't sound like a complete moron stumbling all over his words (cough cough like Bush cough cough).

Bush is actually not as stupid as people make him out to be. He's flown some of the most complicated fighter jets in the world (ones that take years to master). Also, he fooled democrats (including Hillary) into supporting the war (so who's the stupid one?) But, as I said... he needs some remedial speaking courses. I also hate his big spending policies and the many other things he's done (no time for details).

I think one of the reasons Obama is so welcomed is because people are happy to see someone who doesn't stumble over his own words.

The reason I (and many others) don't like Hillary is because of her disdain for the ordinary American. She gives off an air of "you need me to take care of you because you are too dumb to do it yourself".
H. L. Mencken once said "the urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it". I can't think of anyone this describes better than Hillary.
This has nothing to do with her gender.
