Responsible for the solution design and pre-sales support for Services spanning MDS, MCS, ARS and other related solution services offering.

This role covers the following area:

- Pre-sales support

- Opportunity intake management

- Solution design

- Partner selection

- Costing / Pricing,

- PnL analysis

- Governance and assurance contol

- Presentation for customer

- SOW creation & contract support

- Post-sales handover to service delivery team
資格

*
10+ year experience at IT market, either of Sales, Solution Architect, Consultant, Project Management or Delivery of Solution Services
*
Full knowledge of Managed services and PC lifecycle solution
*
Wide understanding of Dell product and its support services
*
Leadership skill among cross functional teams
*
Communication and negotiation skill with customers and partners
*
Logical analysis skill for customer needs and risk
*
Time management skill to control parallel task priority
*
English read/write skill is mandatory, Business level English communication skill is highly preferred
*
ITIL Foundation is highly preferred
