仕事内容：• To maintain a good patronage of guest and ensure that all guest are attended to.
• To ensure the special attention is always given to special guests to increase guests’ satisfaction and loyalty.
• To provide information to the guests concerning the concept, promotional activities and services of the hotel
• To establish effective relations with other employees and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests.
• To monitor the performance in order to ensure all things are following the standardized procedure and smoothly implemented. To provide necessary training for subordinates and colleagues in order to achieve the quality of services.
• To provide comments and proposals that aim to continuous improvement of the quality of services.
仕事要求：
• Foreign nationalities (Russian, Japanese, French…)
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and grooming, pleasant personality
• Degree or Diploma in hospitality industry is preferable
• Experience and excellent track record with previous five-star hotels is a plus.
• Knowledge of other languages is of advantage
• Good team work and coordinating skills
• Willing to work by shift
