Sensient is Tim Larner, from Melbourne, Australia. The Sensient sound ranges from dark minimal, to deep tech-trance, to funky minimal, to smooth morning progressive, but always with a psychedelic bent and an increasing emphasis on pure musicality. It steers clear of the generic cheese trance so prevalent in today’s psytrance scene, instead offering deep, intelligent music whilst maintaining the dance floor factor. Sensient absorbs the influence of many other musical styles (breaks, glitch, jazz fusion etc.) and incorporates them into his productions.

Having released 3 top quality solo albums, stacks of tracks for compilations and performed live at just about every major Trance festival, Sensients production experience and skill should be enough to mark him as one of the highest achievers in the Trance scene. Sensient also founded Zenon Records which has developed into one of the Worlds best Trance labels. Having been a solid mentor to a lot of upcoming acts and exposed the talents of many underground producers in Oz and world wide, Zenon has formed an entire musical movement which has heavily influenced the worldwide Trance Festival scene.
