It is a system where when a national holiday falls on Sunday, then the Monday that immediately follows also becomes a holiday. It means we have a long three-day weekend, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. There are national holidays that are movable holidays such as the Coming of the Age Day which is on the second Monday in January, and the Marine Day on the second Monday in August. Then it’s certain that we’ll have long weekends. Happy Monday is something very nice to have for everyone.
