How about writing English blogs?
It'll increase your volabulary and expressions.

I think 1 minute speech was also useful for

Since last Friday, I have used a online English school.
There are many online English schools. This time, I registerd to

By the way, Eddie, did you remember about "MENDOKUSAI"?
I told you that MENDOKUSAI was troublesome in English
when we wre going home by car.
