Holy is the place no one come close easy ->we use for materials.
Jesus Christ is a child of the God who has almighty power ->we use for phenomenon.

I use "holy shit" for trouble situation tangled human being and "Jesus Christ" for not going anywhere trouble situation.

"Holy shit" and "Jesus Christ" are both crude exclaimatons of surprise, fear, anger or other strong emotions. They are not used in polite company but may be used in casual, comical situations. "Holy" means 神聖 while "shit" is 大便. It is strange to put them together but in reality it is a blaspheme (冒涜 ?) to use either of these phrases (taking the Christian savior's name in vain is a sin). You are only supposed to use his name properly, either to ask for salvation or in prayer.

"What a fuck" is not a common phrase. "What the fuck?" or "What the hell?" are crude phrases which mean "I don't understand"；分かりません。 "What on earth?" is much more polite.

Surely there must be interest in things other than cursing but I've heard you can learn a lot from a language by its curses.
