Yes! You can find a lot of Russian Blue kitten in Tokyo.
Could you please visit Pets Shop. There are a lot of shops in Tokyo.
Please send me message if you need more information. I will find these shops around your address.
I am living with a Russian Blue kitten in Tokyo.
I'm writing diary with photo of her life. But, I'm sorry, I am writing the diary only Japanese. Please visit my mixi page, if you interesting.
I would strongly recommend purchasing a kitten from a breeder(cattery) rather than pet shop as the others do.
I understand it depends on shops, but some of kittens (it does not have to be Russian Blue) being sold at the shops have health problems. If you plan to take the kitten back to the U.S., that would add on to your difficulties with quarantine and other stuff.
Are you coming to Tokyo "at the end of the year" on a visit from New York?
If you send me a message and specify your plans in detail, I could connect you to a breeder who live in Tokyo. She has bred a number of champion Russian Blues, and has attended numerous cat shows and events overseas so there would be little linguistic trouble for you.
I'd be waitng for your message, if you are really interested. My Russian Blue is 3 years old, with very unique character.
