（敷金）
第 6 条
乙は、本契約から生じる債務の担保として、頭書(3)に記載する敷金を甲に預け入れるものとする。
2)乙は、本物件を明け渡すまでの間、敷金をもって賃料、共益費その他の債務と相殺をすることができない。
3)甲は、本物件の明渡しがあったときは、遅滞なく、敷金の全額を無利息で乙に返還しなければならない。ただし、甲は、本物件の明渡し時に、賃料の滞納、第 14 条に規定する原状回復に要する費用の未払いその他の本契約から生じる乙の債務の不履行が存在する場合には、当該債務の額を敷金から差し引くことができる。
4)前項ただし書の場合には、甲は、敷金から差し引く債務の額の内訳を乙に明示しなければならない。

(deposit)
Article6
The second shall deposit the deposit to list in superscription (3) as a security of the debts that the contract causes in the former.
2)The second cannot offset wage charges, fee for common service or other debts with the deposit till the second evacuate the article.
3)When there was the evacuation of the article, the former must return the total amount of the deposit to the second in no interest without delay. But, at the time of the evacuation of the article, in the presence of the failure of the debt of the second to produce from the outstanding payment or other contract of the expense required for restitutio in integrum to prescribe in nonpayment of wage charges, Article 14, the former can deduct the sum of the debt concerned from a deposit.
4)In the case of a foregoing paragraph proviso, the former must state the breakdown of the sum of the debt to deduct from a deposit clearly to the second.
