Julia are a 5 piece Liverpool based band, featuring both male and female vocalists. Combining honest lyrics cradled by inventive sound scapes that reflect the often dark or painful subject matter, Julia are creating an exciting and unique sound previously unheard in the uk’s music community. Drawing influences from Sigur Ros, Tom McRae, Tool and Jeff Buckley, their sound has been described as contrasting, both beautiful, vital and somber.

Julia are currently in the studio recording their debut album which will be available in Summer 2007. Meanwhile, the band is currently playing live in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, expanding their ever-growing fan base.
