実名登録で、本気で仕事を探している人が、具体的に自分の技能などを登録してプロフページを持ちます。
同時に、求人する企業や担当者もすべて実名で登録されており、互いのニーズが一致する形で声がかかったりします。
求人関係、求職関係のサイトやMLなどは無数にありますが、本当に「これ！」といったものがないのですが、これまでの感触からいって、この LinkedInは、かなり本物だと感じました。
ここしばらくで Sony や ドイツ銀行などから連絡をもらい、電話面接を終え、来週は直接職場での面接の段取りとなりました。他にも結構声をかけてもらい（条件面で折り合わなければ辞退できます）ました。またサイト内のコミュニティでは日本語を教えたり、色々楽しめます。そしてそういう場が企業に対するアピールになってたりもするようです。
