WAKAさん、またまたお会いしますというか、こんにちは。

>1.What do you think of the Iraq policy of President Bush?

it is a very nice sentence!

>2.It is very difficult to explain the defference between Japanses politics and American one, even speaking in my mother tangue, Japanese.

It is alright to replace 'politics' with 'one', however, it may sound better to repeat 'politics' in this sentence.

The rest of the sentence is very nicely done.

>3.Some Europeans can speak several langurages. On the other hand most Americans can speak only English.

On the other hand, Please don't forget to put ','

>4.In my opinion, a few Americans have international senses.

I think 'internatinal senses' is too ambiguous. Could you break it down into more details? Or could you repharse it?

>5.I know leaving served food is not very polite. But most of the time I couldn't eat up everything.

very nice!
again, don't forget to put ',' after 'time'
You don't have to make 'can't into past tense.
You can also say, ' I can't finish everything'

> 6.I wonder how many words I have already known if I count all of them.

Maybe, 'learned, memorized, studied,' are the better choices for 'known'

> 7.Study hard. And play enthusiastically more than that.

very nice!

> 8.I made a phone call to the bank. And I had to wait for 25 minutes to talk to the first living person.

I would like to change the last part into
'talk to the person alive '
'to be able to speak with a human'
Hiro-san, good afternoon!

> 1.How do you think about the Iraq policy refered by President Bush?

You don't have to put 'referred' there. If you would like, you can put 'announced'.

> 2.Even if we say about them in Japanese,it's difficult to explain about the differences between Japanese politics and Amrican one.

It is alright to replace 'politics' with 'one', however, it may sound better to repeat 'politics' in this sentence.

Also, it would make it a better sentence if you brought the first part to the end of the sentence.

>3.European people can speak several langueages, but compareing by that,American people can speak English only.

'compared to it' 'on the contrary' is the better choices for 'comparing by that'

Also, 'only' needs to come in either between 'can' and'speak' or between 'speak' and 'English'

>4.We can't say that the number of American who have international visions are many.

The word 'American' needs to be plural.
Could you rephrase 'international vision'? I would like you to explain a little bit more.

宿題でーす。

>5.I think that it's not good to leave our meels which were served, but I'm too full to eat them.

 meal/food
'polite' may be a better choice for 'good'.
How about putting 'usually' between 'am' and 'too'?

>6.How many words have I remembered?

 very nice!

>7.Study very hard and play very hard any more.

You can simply say 'play harder'.
Or, it is alright to say 'play very hard', but not 'any more' after that.

>8.I called the bank, but I couldn't talk with an aliving person for 25 mins.

'living person', not 'aliving person'
The rest of the sentence is very good!
たつさん、こんにちは。

> 3. European can speak several languages. On the other hand, American can only speak English.

This is another very good sentence!
It is a good idea to put them into separate sentences.

> 4. Not so many American has international sense.

not 'has'. It needs to be 'have'.
Could you please rephrase the word 'international sense'?

少しだけ説明を加えてくださいませ。

>5. I know it's not polite to leave served foods, but I can't eat up them because the amount of them is over my capacity.

I think 'served food' is the correct expression, which means we need to change to 'eat it up'.

Also, you don't need 'of them' after 'the amount'.

I like your expression 'over my capacity'!

> 6. I wonder how many words will be if I count up the words I know.

I don't see any adjectives to explain 'words' and that made this sentence very hard to understand.

This is another homework for you!
ごめんなさいね〜。

>7. Study hard and enjoy yourself more than that at the same time.

 very good!

> 8. When I called to the bank, I couldn't talk with a human clerk for 25 minutes.

No need to put 'to' after 'called'
The rest is very good!

宿題、またがんばってくださいね〜
ひめさん、こんばんは。宿題、よろしくお願いします。

4.国際的感覚に富んでいるアメリカ人はけっして多くはありません。

4. Not quite a few American people can talk with foreigner on their background basis.

foreignerという表現があまり良くないとは聞きますが、どの程度避けるべきか、よろしければ教えてください。もっと良い
"母国以外の方"の単語があれば良いのですが。
WAKAさんこんにちは、。

国際的センス、と日本語で一言で言っていますが、それでは日本人が同じ意味のことを考えているのかなと思うときがあります。人によって「国際的感覚」は実はとらえ方が異なるのではないかな、と感じるときありませんか?

そこで、detail を説明していただきたかったんです。

私だったら、Not too many American people are aware of what is happening outside of the United States.

Quite a few of American people are not interested in other countries' cultures, customs or history. They are lacking desire to learn about other countries .

というような説明をする癖がないと、日本人の私たちが使っている「名詞」はそのまま訳しても相手にはいいたいことが伝わらないことのほうが多いです。

 最後の部分でだいぶ言いたいことを表現していらっしゃると思います。ここももう少し噛み砕いてしまうともっとよくなったと思います。英語で説明するときにはシンプルでありながら言葉を多くとわけのわからないモットーが必要です。
