フロストバレーYMCAコミュのAlumni Meeting Update

I can't go but if anybody from the Tokyo Partnership can go, I think it's a good idea to see how FV organizes there reunions and take some ideas and incorporate them into our 30th...

Dear Alumni,

On behalf of the Co-Chairs of the Alumni Committee, Dari Litchman and Dave Sacker, we want to invite your participation in the Annual Alumni Committee Meeting scheduled for Saturday, April 26th at Frost Valley.
The Alumni Committee is a group of Frost Valley alumni who have participated in any of FV’s programs as a staff member, camper, conference attendee, family camper, teacher or student from schools that visit Frost Valley. Friends or alumni do not have to be on the committee to help out, and we are open to accepting any time or energy anyone can spare.
Our mission: To support Frost Valley as it carries out its mission to build strong communities, families and children. The Frost Valley Alumni Association will attract and retain the commitment of Alumni to support Frost Valley’s mission through participation in projects, fundraising, and volunteerism.
Listed below are the committee's working groups (subcommittees)

1) Fundraising/Outreach-this group’s main focus is raising money to send kids to camp and outreaching to Alumni that have lost connection with Frost Valley

2) Events/Reunions-this group is working to get folks together to celebrate camp and to reconnect with old friends

3) Program Volunteers-this group is made of volunteers who are working at the bus stops for Summer Camp, volunteering on Work Weekends, and lending a hand whenever necessary

We encourage all alumni to come and be a part of the meeting, and if more involvement is what you seek, to be a part of the committee.

If you have any questions about reservations or becoming a member, please contact Melissa Pauls, 845.985.2291 x208 or alumni@frostvalley.org

We look forward to hearing from you soon
