Hello! My name is Sara and i live in Hibari Gaoka, Saitama. Me and my roommate Derrick are looking for one more person to share the house with us. The house we rent has three floors, one livingroom and one bathroom and a washing machine installed. The living room is very spacious and has a T.V. and funature. The room that is open for moving in is on the bottom floor which is close to the kitchen. The room that is unoccupied has hardwood floors, and a big window. This room comes with a bed. The BEST thing about living with us will be the extremely cheap rent: 41000YEN a month!
Saitama may sound far, but Hibarigaoka is only 15 min away from Ikebukuro.

私たちの借りている物件は、アパート等ではなく一軒家になっています。三階建てで、リビングルーム、キッチン、洗濯機、トイレとお風呂は別々で、化粧台ももちろんあります。
今空いている部屋は、一階のキッチンに近い部屋です。とても広々としていてテレビと家具も揃っていますし、必要でしたら前のルームメイトのベッドもお譲りいたします。フロアリングになっており、大きな窓もついていますよ。
なんといっても、月々の家賃は　４万１千円　です！！　池袋からは15分の距離ですので、都内への通勤や通学も苦ではありませんよ。
