第１回　米国人による英語でクッキング - ３マシュルーム・チリ
日時：　１月２８日（日）　１１時～１４時３０分　　場所：　市川公民館（ＪＲ市川駅北口より徒歩３分）　参加費：　２，５００円＋材料費　　　
持ち物：　エプロン、食器を拭くフキン、筆記用具、飲料水（ペットボトル等）、お持ち帰り出来る容器

第２回　米国人による英語でヨガ
日時：　２月１８日（日）　１１時～１２時３０分　　場所：　同上　　参加費：　１，５００円
持ち物：　動きやすい格好、ヨガマット（お持ちの方はご持参下さい。）、大きなタオル（バスタオル等）、飲料水（ペットボトル等）

Hello everyone! \(^O^)／

I have American teachers doing Cooking & Yoga classes in English at the community center in Ichikawa.
Which only takes 19 minutes from JR Tokyo station and 18 minutes from JR Ochanomizu station to JR Ichikawa station. And it's a 3 minute walk from there.
Would you like to have some fun cooking with us in English? If you are interested in making American style cooking, why don't you join us?
So I wanted to let you know about it! It's open to the public or anyone that is interested. All are welcomed to join.

The 1st Cooking - 3 mushroom・Chili
Date: Jan. 28th (Sun) 11:00 to 14:30 Place: Ichikawa Community Center (3 minutes walk from JR Ichikawa station North exit) Participant fee: 2,500Yen + material fee　 What to bring: an apron, a dish towel, a pencil & a piece of paper, a drink (pet bottle), a container to take out your food

The 2nd Yoga session in English
Date: Feb. 18th (Sun) 11:00 to 12:30 Place: same as above Participant fee: 1,500Yen
What to bring: a Yoga mat (bring your own if you have any), a big towel, a drink (pet bottle)

Ichikawa Community Center 市川公民館 (Ichikawa-Kouminkan)
From JR Ichikawa Station, take the North exit, cross the main road, make a left and walk about 1 block on your right.
