Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room from late December or January. You will be sharing a recently renovated three bed room house with two Cal undergrad male students. I’ve been living here for about 4 months now, and I absolutely love it here. I’m moving out because I will be living in International House from the next semester. My roommates have rented out the house for a year till August 08’ so you don’t have to sign a lease or anything; you just pay them every month, no credit check.
The house is located on 2111 Byron Street, Berkeley CA 94702. It’s located right by University Ave. and San Pablo Ave., and 51&52L bus stops are close by. It takes only 10 minutes to school by bus. Nice restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance.
Rent is $795 which includes trash pickup and water. Internet and PG&E are shared. My roommate is really good at cooking so you can share food with him if you wish haha.
