Good day,
Let me first introduce myself briefly. My name is OOOOOO and some months ago I began a small event organizing venture called OOOOOOO.
I would like to inquire about the system used to rent your location.
Ideally our profits would come from the door sales, while the venue’s would come from the sales at the bar. We would of course help the bar by offering a drink (or two) with the entrance ticket.
Our event would focus on a young crowd, between 20-24 years old.
We hope for about 300 people but can be flexible if the place can hold less or more people.
We will also take care of the DJs and door staff if necessary.
Our next event will be in April and we are looking at the following tentative dates:
April 16th: 18:00 – 24:00
April 23rd: 18:00 – 24:00
If possible I would like you to let me know the following:
1. How your system works.
2. Which of the above dates are available.
3. How many people does your place hold.
