☆NihonJack⇔日本ジャック☆コミュのJapanese TV shows online?

Do Japanese TV stations stream their shows online?
A lot of the major US Networks air their shows on their websites for free.
I enjoyed Japanese TV shows when I visited Japan earlier this year and would like to see some of them again.
Plus, I think it might help me practice my Japanese.
Thank you!

There are actually many sites where you can watch these Japanese shows. Just try going to google and searching: "Watch (name of show) online." It's how I find all of mine.

Unfortunaltely, they hardly do that

They are too controversial and not trying to do so to protect thier own intersts -copyrights.
There are some online-only shows, but you are not able to see them from the outside of Japan.
The only way is, as JUNK san said, using websites like Youtube...

www.crunchyroll.com is great for all Asian media.

It has most Japanese TV shows on it... plus films aswell ^^

Download Japanese dramas from www.d-addicts.com, there in divx format. You can then watch em on your pc or convert them to dvd format and burn em to DVDs and watch em on your TV, commercial free!

Same goes for www.tvtorrents.com, for US TV series. You can practically get em all there
at the site.

FYI

I used to watch ai-nori that I downloaded from www.d-addicts.com. They have a nice selection. You can also go on ebay and by drama series from various sellers if you prefer to get them on DVD. By the way, if you are using them to practice your Japanese, you can use Windows Media Player to slow down movies (there is a special option for changing the speed of playback) and it doesn't affect the pitch of the voices. That coupled with subtitles makes for some good study of Japanese conversation and kanji!

Hi,Monkey Man

Though I can not let you know Japanese TV show on line,
I can tell you about Japanese anime(cartoon) streaming.

http://www.nifty.com/b-ch/index.htm

I think this site is also wonderful for us(Japanese people),
because a lot of old anime programs can be seen!
If you want to practice Japanese by this site, I think it can be helpful enough.
