"Bad" is also slang meaning "very good."
It is just one of the many difficult things about English.
If I say "He's BAD" it could mean "he is cool" or "he is a strong player" or something like. "That car is really BAD." means the car is very nice and cool.
So, let's be cool! Let's play darts and billiards in Kumamoto!
