去年で以前の入居者が退室したので新しいシェアメイトを募集します。
国籍、性別、年齢、職業等は問いません。 僕は東京出身なので、のどかな所で暮らしたいとゆう願望を持って こっちに引っ越して1年程住んでいるのですが。。。思った以上に最高です! 窓からは海しか見えません!!
波の音に揺られながらゆるーく暮らしたいヒトには絶好の場所だと思います。
京急線 YRP野比駅 徒歩5分 品川まで1時間弱 横浜まで 40分弱
間取りは1F 8畳・2F 8畳 のテラスハウスの構造なのですが、 相談でどちらに住んでもらっても結構です。
IH電気コンロ 3口 、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機 は自由に使ってもらっても結構です。海沿いなので洗濯物はもちろん浴室乾燥機で6時間あれ ばパリッと乾きます。宅配ボックスはありませんが一応オートロック。
その他備品は、macPC、エプソンプロジェクター、CDアンプ、レコードデッキ、クローゼットは横4m、奥行き1m程。 1F、2F共にテラスがありますが、特に1Fのテラスは広くて夏はビニールプール広げたり、釣った魚を毎日バーベキューしてますよ。笑
豊かに楽しく暮らしたいヒトも、静かに慎ましく暮らしたいヒトも歓迎します。 家賃は 6万円 程を考えておりますが相談可です。 ご関心ある方は、詳細な写真をお送り致しますのでご連絡下さい。 宜しくお願い致します。

I think that relaxing is a perfect place for the Homo sapiens who wa nts to live for the sound of the wave. The layout is structure of the 1F 8 tatamis / 2F 8-mat terrace house for Keikyu Line YRP Nobi Station foot 5 to Yokohama to Shinagawa fo r a little less than 40 minutes for a little less than one hour, but which you live in by consultation and are good. I am good even if I have you use three shares of IH hotplates, refri gerator, microwave oven, washing machine freely.
