I have been to the United States and Australia where I am living now. One of my trips was to New York at the beginning of April in 2004. It was my first trip abroad so I was really excited so I can still remember it clearly during my story in New York. I went to the Statue of Liberty. Although I wanted to go up to the top of the crown of the Statue of Liberty, I couldn’t do it ,because of the enhanced security. But I went to a lot of other places ; Manhattan, Central Park, The United Nations ,Chinatown and Peter Luger Steak House which is very famous for steaks. If you want to eat there, you need to book at least 1 month in advance. We ordered steaks and then It's just as I expected, we got huge steaks and huge raw onions which I hate horribly so I gave my onion slices to my friend and when he put them into his mouth , he suddenly ran into toilet because he felt dizzy. Ha ha ha. That was a funny story. As a result we couldn’t eat all of them so we took away the rest of the steaks but the steaks were as yummy as we had heard. I want to recommend you to go to there. Has anyone already been there ?
I went to Australia 4 years ago.
It was my first trip in abroad. Before I went there, I really worried about my stay. Whether I could communicate with my host family or to speak English .
My host family was really good people.
I went school with my host sister every day!!
It was so fan!!!!!
When the last day I was in Australia, I couldn't but crying!!!
Because I miss my host family very much.
I stil keep in touch with them!!
At that time,I became really interested in English!!
