タイに住んでます。コミュのエカマイの一軒家に引っ越しませんか？

住んでいた家を出て、大家さんに、次の住み手を探すのを頼まれています。
とても素敵な家で、離れるのは惜しかったです。是非、素敵な方に住んでいただきたいと思います。

Detached house located on Ekkamai soi 4.
Suitable size for single or couple.
5 min walk to BigC Ekkamai, 15min walk to BTS Ekkamai.

80 sqm for the living area, plus one room (either a storage room-like studio or a kitchen room) is available.
It is a unique house standing in a middle of green.

-2 bedrooms (with AC)
-1 living room (with AC)
-1 bathroom
-1 small kitchen in upstairs (1 kitchen room is in downstairs if you need a bigger one)
-car park
-shared garden
20,000B/month (including WiFi and cable TV) + water and electricity
12 months contract, 2 months deposit
Partially furnished (there are all basic furniture except: fridge, mattress, TV, and washing machine)

Need a security? - You can feel relaxed and secure living in this house. Landlady (lovely and speaks good English) lives in same compound. Also, there is a bog condo with a guard house in front of the house, so there is always someone who looks after you.
Do you like walking/ jogging?: - Good area for taking walk or jogging. Very green and quiet neighborhood.
Do you have pet(s)?: - Dogs and cats are welcome., and will be well taken care of. I lived here with a cat with no problem, and people in the compound looked after him while I am away.
Don't have but like animals?: - Puuuurfect for cat lovers. There are some cats live in the compound and always ready for some cuddles.
Don't like animals?: Pet animals and some stray cats might be around, but you can stay away from them, of course. :-)

I lived here for a year, but decided to move out as I found a bigger space I can play music. I have been satisfied with this house all the time.
I am going to move out next week (early July), and then the house will be ready to welcome new people.
