Convenient to both neighborhood amenities and to subways into the Manhattan. Visit some of the local spots like Grimaldi's, Jacques Torres, or Smith Street, or jump on the train into the city (all stations are either the first or second stop into Brooklyn) - 20 minutes to Union Sq/Soho/Nolita and 30 minutes to Grand Central/Times Square.
