Yin energy is expanding energy, so the feature is tall, big, cold, purple, blue, green, loose, relax, light, thin and long, something on the high place, dark, quiet, silent, plants, raw, fermentation, more Kalium, less Sodium, female, adult, autumn, winter, mind, spiritual, left, death, wet, passive, negative, fragile, tender, head, space, sour, hot taste, and so on.

Yang energy is condensing energy, so the feature is short, small, hot, red, yellow, harden, heavy, fat and stuffed, something on the low place, bright, movement, circle, animals, baked something, something which is added fire, dried something, ripe, more Sodium, less kalium, male, children, spring, summer, loud voice, alive, birth, bitter, salty, dry, positive, active, solid, strong, durable, body, time, and so on.

You can judge Yin or Yang by these features.
For example, an avocado is very Yin because it¡Çs green and grows on the tall tree.
Radioactivity is Yin because it¡Çs purple.
Salt is very Yang because it¡Çs salty and has much sodium.
If we have Yin food, we had better cook it with Yang food.
When we eat an avocado, we had better eat it with salt.
When we take an X-ray examination, we had better eat salty food like Japanese umeboshi after it or before it.

Also, we can know our condition by the feature.
For example, when we are so stubborn, we become Yang. So, we should eat less Yang food.
When our feces is loose, it means our condition is Ying now.

Gluten is more yang than fat, but more Yin than carbohydrate.
Now, most people have gotten too much protein from animal food, so they have much protein in their bodies. We are not animals to eat meat, so we can¡Çt digest so much protein from animal food. And the bodies tell us by allergy that the bodies can¡Çt have more animal protein. And, the bodies can¡Çt digest even the protein from plants.
So, there are many people who have some problem with gluten.
If we continue eating macrobiotic diet like grain and vegetables, we mustn¡Çt have some problem with gluten from plants.

My answr:
We need protain for our body. Protain from plants are easy to digest. So, it's good to get protain from plants. If it's difiicult to digest gluten even from plants, it's because of too much protain which you have had. You had better stop eating it for a while and animal food completely or eat gluten with many vegetables which help to digest protain.

My answer:
Sourdough bread is better. But, not too much. Bread has very strong Yang energy becasude it is baked in the oven. It is the energy og condensation. I don't recommend any kind of meat in hot area, but if you want to eat meat, pig or cow are better. Pig has not so high temprature. But you had better eat them with many vegetables. Goats milik is similar with human's milk. But if you want to use something instead of milk, I recommend soy milk or milk from nuts, for example aromond milk, oats milk, coconuts milk, and so on. I don' t have some special gluten free recipes, but you had better use rice flour instead of wheat flour. And something baked has very Yang energy, so I recommend not to eat too much. Something maked by agaaga or kuzu is better for sweets.

My answer:
About your question, tips means fried potatos or sancks?
If it's cooked with oil, I don't recommend to eat much. And you had better eat with apples or other sour fruits. These fuits are good for getting balance.

And then, if you eat too much party food, you had better not eat for a day or eat little food.
Fasting is good for getting balance and discharge.
So, you should go without breakfast and lunch after party(^^).

My answer:
In our body, enzyme is made, and 80% of it works for digestion, and 20 % of it works for counteraction and repair. So, when you fast, all enzyme works for counteraction and repair. That is reason. When you eat too much meat, sugar, vegetables, fruits,chemical food, and everything, you had better fast or eat little.

When you eat Ying food (sugar, dairy, fruits, chemical food, oily food, and so on), you need Yang food (salt, root vegetables, and so on).
When you eat Yang food (meat, fish, egg, too much salt, and so on), you need Yin food (vegetables, garic, ginger, sour fruits, and so on).
Sour food(lemon,rime,apple), salt, tomatos, daikon, cabbage can work well when you eat oily food.
