【開催趣旨】
「学生時代に短時間でビジネスの面白さ、感動、そして難しさを体験してもらいたい」
「スポーツにはオリンピックがあるように、知力とチームワークで競える場を作りたい」
「志を持った日本中、世界中の学生が集い、自分の実力が試せる場を提供したい」

このような思いから試行錯誤を繰り返しつつ私たちはビジネスゲームを作りました。
皆さんは５時間で３０年の企業経営を体験します。
頭が痛くなるほどフル回転させた後には、想像もしなかった気付きや収穫が一人ひとりにあるでしょう。
皆さんと会場でお会いできるのを楽しみにしております。

【大会概要】
Career Academy in Takeda Business Game 2008（CAT-G2008）は、
各チームがバーチャル製薬会社となり実際のビジネスに近い様々なハプニングが発生するなか、
薬品の開発、営業・マーケティング戦略等、実際のビジネス同様、
最適な意思決定を通じて経営を行い最終利益を競う大会です

【大会詳細】
■1チーム3-4名でお申込みください。1-2名での申し込みも可能です。
その際には、大会事務局にて3-4名になるようアレンジさせていただきます
■各チームが一つの『製薬企業』となってビジネス（シミュレーション）に取り組んでいただきます。
（予定として15チームが参加いたします）
■当日のゲーム進行は英語の表記、又英語・中国語の通訳が２名ついております

Career Academy in Takeda Business Game 2008(CAT-G2008)


【Purpose of Event】
“Imagine if we could bring the wonder, thrill, and trials of business to people in their college years in a short period of time.”
“In sports, athletes compete against each other in the Olympics. Likewise, we want to create an opportunity for students to use teamwork and intelligence to compete against each other.”
“We want to provide a venue for students in Japan and across the world to gather and challenge their abilities.”

After numerous trial and error, we created a business game to bring these desires to fruition.
Everyone will have a chance to experience 30 years in running a major corporation.
And after everyone’s heads are left spinning from the effort,
we’re sure that people will have insights that they would have never even dreamed of before.
We look forward to meeting you at the event.


【Event Outline】
　During the Career Academy in Takeda Business Game 2008(CAT-G2008),
each team will have a chance to run a virtual pharmaceutical corporation under conditions similar to those in the real business world.
Each team will have a chance to execute development of drugs, sales and marketing strategy,
and decision making in order to compete for the company with the largest revenue.


【Event Details】
■Have 3-4 people apply per team. Applications will be accepted from 1-2 person(s) as well. In this case,
the event administration will arrange teams so that 3-4 people are in a team.
■Each team will represent a single “pharmaceutical corporation” and simulate running a business.
(15 teams are scheduled to participate)
■The game will be carried out in English, together with a Chinese and English interpreter.
