What is Kozara?
Kozara means "small plate" in Japanese and commonly served at an Izakaya (pub) as the perfect accompaniment to Sake.

What is Champon Noodle?
Champon noodle is the one of the ramen noodle dishes originated in Nagasaki, Kyushu. Normally, noodles for Champon are thick and its broth is made from pork. The main feature of this dish is stir-fried vegetables with meat and seafood placed on top of the noodles.
