グリッド・コンピューティング・プロジェクトは、分析計算を世界中のPCで分担して行い、医療など科学の発展に貢献しようというボランティアです。

このチームでは特に科学(情報機科学)の分野を中心に進行していきます。また、医療関係のプロジェクトを行うこともあります。

あなたはＰＣを使ってない時、電源をつけたまま外出又は寝ることはありますか？

その時間を有効に使うためにあなたの力が必要です。難病患者を救えたり、未来の科学技術につながる研究に力を貸して欲しいのです。

あなたは難しい知識は必要ありません。あなたのPCの力を借りるだけです。スーパーコンピュータで数千年かかる演算も多くの人のPCの力を借りることによって数年で終わることがあります。
