English introduction is available below.
http://
Dear visitors,
The so-called "Itasha(痛車)", that means "Painful Car" or "Moesha(萌車)" is the cars with graffiti of Anime, Comic (Manga), or Game.
The "Itasha" has becoming populer in Japan and gather on Comike, that is held twice an year at Tokyo Big Sight, and other major Anime, Manga, and Game events.
However, the "Itasha" is being flown to overseas. In fact, it's confirmed to be seen on Manga event at Taipei, Taiwan. You may see the article that was written in Japanese.

Also some movies are available, for example;

We hope this community will help mutual communications among "Itasha" riders in Japan and overseas. "Itasha" reports in overseas are welcome.
