Does no one wanna improve english ability? You don't need to care about mistakes. Timidity never helps you to improve yourself.

yup, that could be a nice idea!

I study abroad to germany for one year as an exchange student in my high school time. I tried to get accustomed to my circumstance, and succeeded. I still have several friend who are keeping touch with me. but I didn't master germany perfectly. I still sometimes have problemes to express my ideas, and feel strongly I want to tell them my feelings and nuance more precisely and correctly. That's why I continue to study.
and the same thing happened by english.
