巨大な虫眼鏡or集光パネルで太陽光を利用した水蒸気タービン発電システム（目下国際パテント申請中（石塚正浩））

海水から無尽蔵に電力を利用せずにマグネシウムを精製する為に巨大な、虫眼鏡or集光パネル（太陽光を一転に集中させるレンズ）を応用して、無尽蔵に海からの水をマグネシウムなどの精製と同時に行えば一石三鳥で、水を巨大な虫眼鏡を利用した火力にもなる熱量で沸騰させて、水蒸気タービンを回転させ大量の電力を発電させて、電力会社に販売するプラントシステムを発案いたしました。（もっとも、現在この巨大な虫眼鏡は、電力無しで2500℃まで発熱できるようですの抑えて使う必要があります。）

実際には、この発電プラントそのものの発電には、マグネシウムは必要ありません。
これは、精製して、マグネシウム空気二次電池用などに販売して利益を出すことを目的としたものです。
よって、この目的が無ければ、無理に海水である必要性はありません。

同時に行うことで、水蒸気タービン発電の電力の販売と、精製したマグネシウムの販売によって利益を得るシステムが今回の発明の骨格であります。

なお、このシステムを発電専門の工場にするのであれば、
1.巨大な虫眼鏡と太陽光を利用した水蒸気タービン発電による電力を得ること。
2.水蒸気タービン発電に海水を利用することで、マグネシウムを精製する事で、
マグネシウム空気二次電池に必要なマグネシウムを低コストで精製可能なので、
同時に、（夜間等に）マグネシウム空気二次電池による発電による電力を得ること。
3.排水する海水にろ過フィルターを用いる事で、飲み水等の、精製水を生産して利益を出すことも可能。


上記3点のメリットが大きいと思われる。

This is the one having aimed to refine, to sell for the magnesium air rechargeable battery etc. , and to obtain the profit.
Therefore, there is no necessity that is forcibly seawater if this purpose doesn't exist.

In doing at the same time, the system that obtains an advantage by selling of the electric power of the steam turbine power generation and selling the refined magnesium is a frame of this invention.

If you make this system the factory of the power generation specialty
1.Obtain a huge magnifying glass and the electric power by the steam turbine power generation using sunlight.
2.Obtain the electric power by power generation by the magnesium air rechargeable battery at the same time (At nighttime etc.) because magnesium necessary for the magnesium air rechargeable battery can be refined low-cost by refining magnesium by using seawater for the steam turbine power generation.
3.It is also possible to produce the aqua purificatas such as drinking waters by using the filtration filter for the drained seawater and to obtain the profit.


It seems that the advantage of the above-mentioned three points is large.
