UAHコミュのMillion papercrane project

みなさんはじめまして。リン由美といいます。ハンツヴィル在住の主婦です。ハンツヴィルには11年になります。アメリカ人の主人と13歳と5歳の二人の息子がいます。今日はMillion　Papercrane Projectの紹介をさせてもらいます。

私たちで何か日本のためにできないかと思っていたところ、FBのお友達からこんなプロジェクトがあることを教えてもらいました。

一緒に参加される方は時間のあるときに折って、連絡くださればこちらから
とりに伺います。（紙のサイズはなんでもいいそうですが半端な鶴もみんなで集められるように普通の折り紙のサイズ１５ｃｍ四方を使ってください。折り紙必要な方は連絡ください。５０個の鶴を糸に通して両端を結んでください。）
4月いっぱい集める予定です。
質問などあれば連絡ください。

ハンツヴィルに在住の日本人の方を中心に色々今声をかけてもらっています。参加希望の方があれば、私の連絡先を含めてコピペしていただいて結構です。ご協力おねがいします！

Hi everybody

I have been looking for something we can do to help Japan and Japanese people.My FB friend shared me this link above. It's a project to make million paper cranes.You can forward this email or spread the word whoever wants to participateincluding my contact number and email address.

You can make a string of 50 cranes, or you can make loose cranes and
send them to me(or I can pick them up for you) during April, then
I will ship them together.
There's a instruction how to fold a paper crane in their website.
If you want me to teach you, I can teach you, too.
They say the size of paper doesn't matter, however, if we stick with
standard origami size 15cmx15cm(about 6inch square) it's easy for us to
make many strands together.

If anyone can pass this to students in UAH and UNA or any local school here,　that will be great.
