プロフィール

スプレー缶とビーズ、そしてビールを手に世界中のアート＆ファッションシーンに“ポップ”をボムし続ける。グラフィティの手法をベースとし、洋服、カンバス、ときにはカラーコーンまでが彼のターゲットとなる。ユーモアの中にシニカルを併せ持つその作品と活動は「FACE」、「VOGUE」や「SHOW STUDIO」、「UKADAPTA」など様々なメディアでも取り上げられ、近年は友人でもあるアーティストのMARK JENKINSとの共同制作なども精力的に行う。2010年度は、雑誌“IN/SECTS magazine”のサポートによる個展「100bears living in my head」を開催、アパレル大手の「and A」からの依頼を受け商品デザインとアートピースの製作、MARK JENKINSがキュレートするフランスのアートフェス「lesgrandestraversees」に日本人としてただ一人参加するなど、国内外問わず活動の場を拡大。そんな彼を一言で言い表すなら、アーティスト？デザイナー？！いいや“HELLO!!MYNAME IS MASAGON”。

He has bombed “POP-graffiti” to the fashion & art scene in the world by beading and spray. He use clothes,canvas and construction cone instead of graffiti-wall. His works are not only humor but also cynical.Those are introduced by 「FACE」,「VOGUE」,「SHOWSTUDIO」,「UKADAPTA」and so many media.Recently,he collaborates with his friend’s MARK JENKINS(ARTIST).This year,he already had some big projects.He had a solo-exhibition that titled 「100bears living in my head」supported by “IN/SECTS magazine”,he designed some marchandising for Japanese famous fashion store “andA” and then he was curated by MARK JENKINS for French Art Festival「lesgrandestraversees」.It’s difficult to express him at a word.He is artist,fashion designer?!I think,it’s best words for him.”HELLO!!MY NAME IS MASAGON”.
