Shizuoka Hanami picnic joint event with ALTs

The west have their party, so will we. A joint party with our friend Sekiya San to enjoy both the beautiful hanami and Shizuoka matsuri!
Cherry blossom season is upon us and what better way to celebrate the arrival of the long awaited spring than go out, enjoy and enjoy a beautiful day out? Well, with awesome company, food and drinks of course! Everyone is welcome, bring your friends, invite anyone you think might be interested to this event page!!!
On April 6th (yes a Sunday), we will have our time under the trees meeting at 11:00am.
Where will this be? We will meet at the bell in the Sumpu park of Shizuoka city.
Why on a Sunday? On that week-end, it's the Shizuoka city festival. We want to give plenty of time for people to enjoy the festival.
We will hold a small raffle like the one at last year's event (ticket prices TBD).
Bring your own lunch or bring a communal dish to share with everyone (your choice).
As for drinks, buy what you want beforehand and bring it with you. (You might want to bring a icebox to keep things cold)
We will be there earlier to set up a tarp. If you have any of the following, feel free to bring it too: folding chairs, cooler box with ice or footballs/frisbees/etc. There was a large amount of trash after last year's picnic, so please make sure to clean up after yourself!
Since we will be partying outside, hats, sunscreen, and umbrellas are recommended.
After the picnic, we may go to karaoke depending on how many people are up for it.

Sumpu park is a 10~15 minutes from Shizuoka station on foot.

Will we meet at the bell in Sunpu park (Map and pictures will be placed in the comments soon) but you can find it with those coordinates on Google Map (34.979157, 138.383432)

あちらこちらで、桜の便りが聞けるようになりました。
静岡祭りに合わせて、お花見会を開催したいと思います。
静岡のALTの人達とコラボさせていただいて、春の訪れをみんなで一緒に楽しみたいと思います。
こちらのイベントはどなたでも参加ＯＫですので、興味があるご友人の方がおりましたら、ぜひお声をかけてみてください。
日時：４月６日(日) 11時から
場所：静岡市駿府城公園内:中央付近の鐘の鳴る塔から北御門橋方面に約20mに場所を確保してシートを張ります。
Google Map の緯度、経度は (34.979157, 138.383432)
※ お飲み物とお昼ごはんは各自でご用意下さい。 ご自身のもの、または皆さんでシェアーできるような物をお持ちください。どちらでも構いませんが、シェアーできるものであれば、お隣の方とも親しくなったりして更に楽しさも増すでしょう。
皆様が折り畳みイス、氷を入れたクーラーボックス、その他フリスビー、ボールなどをお持ちになるようでしたら、周りにはお年寄りや赤ちゃんも含めて大勢の人がいますのでくれぐれもお気を付け下さい。(自己責任で)
毎年多くのゴミが出ますので、ゴミ袋も各自でご用意下さるようお願いします。
野外でのイベントとなりますので帽子、日焼け止め、傘、また寒くなる場合もありますのでブランケットなども防寒具などをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。
お花見後に人数によりますが、みんなでカラオケなどに行く予定です。
