■Q&A
Q. What should we bring? A. Camping gear, bbq sets, enough food and drink for the time you’ll spend there, rain-coat, towel, tissues, torch, portable ashtray for smokers, insect repellent etc.
Q. Should I plan for cold weather? A. Yes. The party spot is in the mountains, so there is generally a big temperature difference between day and night. We definitely recommend bringing some warm clothes, and being responsible for your own well-being.
Q. Will you be selling food and drinks? A. We will be selling a limited amount of food and drinks, however we recommend you bring enough for your stay. Also bear in mind, the nearest convenience store is at the bus stop, which is a considerable walk away.
Q. Is there mobile phone reception? A. We failed to get reception on DoCoMo /au / Softbank networks when visiting the site. We strongly recommend making arrangements with friends and OTG Organizers in advance.
Q. Is the party location bright at night? A. Apart from the main stage, there are no lights. We recommend bringing a torch with you.
■D.CAUTION
Depending on conditions on the actual day of the event, we don’t intend to cancel due to rain. We remind you to bring rain gear and warm clothing. The organizers cannot take responsibility for accidents, loss or theft of property, injuries, illnesses, etc within or outside the venue. Please bring food, drinks, alcohol etc for yourself for the length of time you intend on staying. In order to preserve the beauty of the area, we ask that you please take with you your own rubbish accumulated during the party. Disposal of cigarette butts is strictly prohibited. Please use a portable ashtray at all times. Refrain from causing disturbances to the local residents. There are no direct facilities for making fires, so we recommend you arrive early and set up tents, fires etc before it becomes dark. Please take enough precautions against heat injuries, dehydration etc.
