注意事項/Notice

｛ゴミ処理/Garbage processing}
ゴミのポイ捨ては絶対におやめください。次回の会場が使えなくなります。
Please stop the littering of the garbage absolutely. A next meeting place is not usable.
各自が持ち込んだゴミは、各自が責任を持ってお持ち帰りください。
Each person please take the garbage which each person brought in home with each person with responsibility.
たばこの吸殻などは、ペットボトルや缶の中に捨てると、リサイクルができなくなりますので、吸殻入れへ捨ててください。
Because recycling is not possible when I throw away the cigarette butts in PET bottle and a can, please abandon it to an ashtray.
喫煙者は携帯灰皿をお持ちください。
The smoker please take a mobile ashtray.

｛入場/Entrance｝
当日エントランスにてＩＤチェックを行いますので、写真付き身分証明書をお持ちください。
Please take an identification card with the photograph on that day because I check ID in an entrance.
年齢が確認できない場合は、未成年者用リストバンドをご用意させていただきます。その場合、アルコール類の販売は規制させていただきます。
When age cannot be checked, I will prepare the wristband for minors. In that case, I will regulate sale of alcohol.
ご入場の際にお配りするリストバンドは、必ず手首にお付け下さい。紛失されても再発行はいたしません。
Please be sure to attach to a wrist the wristband which it distributes in the case of entrance. Even if it loses, a recurrence line does not do.

｛駐車場/Parking area｝
環境に対する配慮のため、できるだけ乗り合いでご来場ください。
For consideration for the environment, please arrive by riding together as much as possible.
ご来場の際、大きな音量の音楽や、からぶかし、立ち話などは近隣の方に大変迷惑となります。お気をつけください。
On the way to the venue,Please not to play big volume,speak with big voice and revving of engine etc...It become troubles between people.Please note it.
車上荒らしなどの被害を未然に防ぐために、貴重品などはご自分で携帯してください。
Please carry the valuables by oneself to prevent the damage such as car break-ins.
キャンピングカー、マイクロバス等の大型車でお越しのお客様は、２台分の利用料金で駐車可能です。
The visitor of coming can park with the use rate for 2 by full-size vehicles such as a camper, the microbus.
自転車、２輪車でお越しのお客様は駐車料金不要です。サイドカー付きの場合は、通常駐車料金をいただきます。
The visitor of coming is a parking rate unnecessary by bicycle, two-wheeled vehicle. When I am with a sidecar, I usually have parking rates.
会場の指定場所以外の公道などに駐車された場合は、警察に通報させていただきます。場合によってはレッカー移動させていただく場合があります。その際の撤去費用はご自身にてご負担いただきますので、ご了承ください。

｛キャンプサイト/Camping site｝
会場内での直火での焚き火は、絶対にやめてください。山火事などの原因になります。

指定された場所内でテントの設営を行ってください。
Please set up the tent in appointed places.

｛一般/General｝
このイベントは雨天決行です。

アルコール類、その他危険物、薬物および法律で禁止されている物の持込は一切禁止いたします。

夜間は冷え込みますので、テント、防寒具、雨具などの持参をお勧めします。

昼間は大変暑くなりますので、熱射病や熱中対策をご用意ください。

会場内には立ち入り禁止区域もございます。事故を未然に防ぐため、貴重な自然を守るために、決して立ち入らないでください。
There is the no-go area in the meeting place, too. Please never enter it to protect precious nature to prevent an accident.
美しい自然とご協力いただいた地元の方への感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、クリーンで快適なパーティーをみんなで共に作りましょう。
I am clean, and let's make a comfortable party together together without forgetting the feeling of thanks to the local one that had you cooperate with beautiful nature.
ペットと同伴の方は、会場内ではゲージ・リードを使用し、マーキング・糞などの後始末を管理し、飼い主が責任を持ったモラルある行動に徹してください。また、他のペット間、周囲のお客様間トラブルは、飼い主が責任を持って解決してください。
A pet and the companion use a gauge lead in the meeting place and manage the settlement such as a marking / feces, and the morals that an owner took responsibility for please put their heart and soul into the action that there is. In addition, an owner please solve other pet intervals, the trouble between neighboring visitors with responsibility.
大型犬の入場はお断りします。
We do not accept entering large dogs.
