■＜POLE FOLDER＞　(Bedrock)
ベルギー出身のミュージックプロデューサー・DJ。2001年「Apollo Vibes」がJohn DigweedのレーベルBedrockにサインされ、『Global Underground: Los Angeles』にも収録されたことで一躍その名が広まった。2005年にはアルバム『Zero Gold』をBedrockからリリース。GUやRenaissance などの有名コンピに数多くライセンスされ、TVドラマ『CSI』他にも挿入曲として使用された。
昨年La Tourという自らのレーベルを立ち上げ、デビューシングル「The Way」はSpookyによるリミックスも含め話題となり、Christian Smith, Sashaらがさっそくプレイ。4作目「Hollow」はRobert BabicsとAngel Alanisがリミックス、Pete TongのEssential Selectionでも取り上げられた。Poleは現在2枚目となるアルバム『Helsinki Accord』を制作中。待望のアルバムに期待が寄せられる。ヨーロッパ各地やオーストラリア、日本では過去WOMB、YELLOWでプレイ。メロディックなテクノやハウスを自在に操り、確実に踊れるロングミックスを披露する。 http://www.polefolder.net/

Belgian musician, producer and DJ. In 2001, his very first single "Apollo Vibes" was immediately signed to Bedrock, John Digweed's label, who even chose this track to kick off his Global Underground: Los Angeles Mix. The following year several tracks were released on Bedrock, such as "Enter the Rhythm", "Waxxx" and "Dust" (n°3 in the UK Dance Charts) which sold more than 20,000 vinyl copies.
Pole Folder, alongside business partners, launched his own label La Tour in 2009. The label’s debut release "The Way" received heavy support from Laurent Garnier, Christian Smith, and Sasha and was remixed by dance legend Spooky to become an instant hit! The 4th release, Pole Folder’s “Hollow”, featuring remixes from techno legend Robert Babicz and Chicago house DJ Angel Alanis, has already been featured on Pete Tongs Essential Selection.
