We're inviting 100s of our friends among Tokyo's top event organizers, venues and artists. At the party, we'll explain about JMW and how to join it, and try to answer all your questions. There'll be networking events including industry-speed dating, with the aim of matching event organizers with clubs/livehouses/cafes/halls - and matching artists with event organizers. We'll also have a Volunteers Sign-up Orientation and Applications Booth at which you can tell us your skills and interests if you can give some time to help with JMW planning and operation this year.

Finally we'll finish with a party with some top DJs -and maybe some live music too - which will go on till late...

A few days before the event, we'll send a secret password to attendees to allow entry to you and any music industry friends you would like to invite.

Japan Music Week ［非公式］ 発表直前パーティーのご案内

桜花の候、皆様お元気でお過ごしのことと存じます。
さて、このたび新しい音楽イベント「Japan Music Week（2009年11月9〜15日）」が開催の運びとなりました。つきましては、日頃お世話になっている皆様へのご挨拶かたがた下記のとおりパーティーを催すことになりました。

このパーティーは、JMW主催者からのイベントに関する説明や質疑応答だけでなく、音楽に関わるイベントオーガナイザーや、イベントスペース、アーティスト、そしてJMWのボランティアスタッフなどなど、お集りいただく皆さんのネットワーキングの場です。
会場では、イベントオーガナイザーとイベントスペース（クラブ、ライブハウス、カフェなど）、アーティストを結ぶSpeed Datingのコーナーを用意する予定です。また、JMWは、イベントの企画・運営のお手伝いをしていただけるボランティアスタッフを募集しております。興味がある方は、ボランティア登録ブースへお気軽にお立ち寄りください。もちろんパーティーでは、トップDJたちのプレイや、ライブ演奏などもお楽しみいただけます。音楽関連、またはJMWに興味をお持ちの方がいらっしゃいましたら、お誘い合わせの上ぜひこの非公式パーティーにご参加ください。

なお、ご入場には「合い言葉」が必要になります。会期の数日前にお送りするパスワードを忘れずにお越しください。
